Our Sales Terms, Refund & Returns Policy

Terms of Sale

All items purchased are brand new and unopened unless specified in the product listing.

We sell basic Hot Wheels on UK short and long cards (manufacturer codes 5875 and N2799), Matchbox cars on UK long and short card as well as Power Grabs, other toys and cases that protect Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars (KLAS Car Keepers) in various sizes.  We also sell WWE Basic wrestling figure cases and Massage Guns. 

Occasionally, we do sell toy cars on a US card.  If you need a specific card, please message us before purchasing.  We will not accept returns or issue refunds based on the card back.  Long card Hot Wheels may have a sticky euro hook applied by the manufacturer. These may be either cut flush to the card or left in place by ourselves prior to packing and shipping.

We do not inspect every car for tampo errors (straight or crooked tampos, low or high tampos) or any other issues concerning tampo application by the manufacturer. Refunds or returns due to tampo errors are at our discretion.

On very rare occasions, some items may show some signs of shelf wear, which may include light creases, soft corners and/or dents on bubbles. Most will be perfect and free from any damage and we will not knowingly send any items with significant defects/damage.

Every item shipped out are in nearly perfect condition however packaging may shift in transit and cause imperfections.

Nearly every shipment will arrive in perfect condition however we cannot guarantee each item will be perfect due to actions by the delivery courier.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective, incorrect, or damaged merchandise. If an item is returned for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.  In this case, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please contact us to receive a Return number before returning any merchandise.

We do not accept any items that have been opened or the factory seal has been broken.

Please be prepared to submit pictures when requested and do not throw away the packaging as it will be used to return the product.

We reserve the right to withdraw sales and refund in full if we believe that:

  • Items are being bought to be resold in part or whole on any other website including Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Bonanza, Preloved, Vinted, Depop, eBid, Onbuy or any other reselling site without express permission from us in writing.  This includes buying an item/s such as KLAS Car Keepers and using them to sell on the above marketplaces with other products such as host vehicles or multipacks (for permission and open dialog please email [email protected])
  • If we believe the sale was fraudulent or could be contested at a later date by the buyer or a bank or credit card company..
  • If we our products are being used or portrayed in a negative light in any way, shape or form in either printed, visual or online media.
  • If we have made a genuine mistake with the description, photograph or pricing of an item on the website within the realms of the law.
  • Any other reason that we feel had a negative or detrimental effect on the company, brand or website.

Refunds & Returns Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original undamaged packaging.

– To complete your return, we require a an eligible order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

– There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use at our discretion
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error at our discretion.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery at our discretion.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 days of Us receiving your item, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet and your bank/credit card issuer has advised, please contact us at [email protected].

 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will help you get the item refunded or replaced.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should email us at [email protected] and we will tell you where to mail your product .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
