STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard UK Delivery on orders under £45.00 will be charged at £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 and £5.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Delivery on orders £45.00 and over are FREE OF CHARGE and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail 2nd Class depending on the size of the shipping box.  If you spend over £45 you can still select the Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £5.99 at the payment page if you need your purchases quickly.

Orders placed before 12.00pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after 12.00pm will be dispatched the next working day*.

Please note that orders placed on a Saturday after 12.00pm, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday*

Sometimes during sale periods, key promotions (Black Friday or other busy periods) deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working* days, please contact our CUSTOMER SALES TEAM.

Free delivery for qualifying orders applies to delivery to the UK only and excludes Northern Ireland at this time.

* Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day from the date of dispatch and Royal Mail Tracked 48 and  Royal Mail 2nd Class aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days with 94% of post areas within 2 days.  A working day is Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.
